Are You ready for Eternity?
God loves you - Wants you in heaven
" For God so loved the world , that He gave His only Son (Jesus Christ)
that whoever believes in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life."
John 3v16 (Bible)
Jesus Said, " Behold I stand at the door and knock -
If anyone hears my voice and opens the door
I will come in." Revelation chapter 3 verse 20 (Holy Bible)
At the Hearts door the Saviour's knocking
At the hearts door fast bound by sin
Hear the Saviour gently knocking
Draw the bolt and let him in.
Ever get that feeling you are being watched?
Bit scary sometimes isn't it?
Well, consider some facts from the Holy Bible (Psalm 139)
- my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.
- my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.
- For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, you know it altogether.
Can I hide from God? (Psalm 139 v's 8 - v14)
If I ascend up into heaven, you are there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, you are there.
If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
Even there shall your hand lead me, and your right hand shall hold me.
If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
Yea, the darkness hideth not from you; but the night shines as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to you.
v15 My substance was not hid from you, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
v16 Your eyes saw my substance, yet being unperfect;( he saw me before I was formed in the womb as a foetus) and in your book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
You are very special my Friend - to God (we all are)
v17 How precious also are your thoughts about me, O God! how great is the sum of them!
Thats why He sent His only Son the Lord Jesus Christ to die for You!
" God commends His love to us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5 v 8.
Did you ever thank Him and accept Jesus Christ as your Saviour?
- Repent, (turn from your own sinful ways) and ask God's forgiveness
- Believe, that your only hope of being accepted by a Holy God is to:
- Accept His Son the Lord Jesus Christ as your Saviour.
Ask the Lord Jesus Christ into your life, Ask Him to save you from a Holy God's punishment from Sin.
God says: "Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall (will) be saved" Romans ch 10 v13.
Final destiny:
for all those who Reject (don't accept) the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour
